Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee various accounts in the Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts areas. The Area Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch cleaning services and that our cleaning teams operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning teams to achieve excellent results.
• Coordinate with clients to address their specific cleaning needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities and team performance.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning cleaning tasks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among cleaning staff.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as needed.
