We look at the fixture, measure the height, and check access. A step ladder, a rolling scaffold, or a lift each changes the plan and the quote.

Protect the space
Power off at the switch or breaker, drop cloths down, and the area under the fixture roped off.

Clean by hand
Crystals and glass are cleaned individually with lint-free cloths and a cleaner that won't leave streaks. Metal parts are wiped separately.

Dry, check, restore
Everything dries fully before the power goes back on. We check that every prism is back in place and the fixture lights evenly.

How often should a commercial chandelier be cleaned?
It depends on the room. A lobby fixture in a quiet office building may only need a cleaning once a year. A restaurant or function room with cooking or candles usually needs it more often. We can suggest a schedule after we see the fixture.
Do you take the chandelier down?
Usually not. Most fixtures are cleaned in place. If a fixture is very delicate, very dirty, or hangs where we can't safely work around it, we'll talk through taking parts down before we do anything.
Can you reach a chandelier in a two-story lobby?
Tell us the ceiling height when you request an estimate. High fixtures need a scaffold or a lift, so we plan access during the walkthrough and include it in the quote.
Can you do it outside business hours?
Yes. We schedule chandelier cleaning early, late, or on weekends so the lobby or dining room stays open to your tenants, guests, and customers.
