Terms of Use

Effective date: October 16, 2026. These terms apply to your use of the AIM Commercial Cleaning Services website. Our paid services are governed by separate agreements.

Website chat assistant

The website uses the AQ website chat assistant from AQ Marketing. Its replies are generated using Anthropic's AI service. You can use it to ask questions and choose whether to share your contact information and details about the work you need. The assistant cannot book a call.

We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat messages and any details you provide. Those details are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel customer relationship management system so we can follow up.

Honest reviews

Nothing in these terms threatens or penalizes you for posting an honest review.
